The word Mandala simply means “circle” in Sanskrit (an ancient Indian language). They are usually symmetrical circular patterns, but can be of other various shapes and forms. In a number of different cultures, a Mandala is a representation of the Universe and a connection between our inner worlds and outer realities. They are often used as a tool for meditation and creating inner stillness. Mandalas have been among humanity for many centuries, and can also be found in nature, such as in flowers, snowflakes, and sea shells.
I began creating mandalas in 2015. One day, I had an impulse to pick up a notepad and some colored pens and just started doodling. That day I created my first ever Mandala and I haven’t stopped since. Creating these Mandalas is a true passion for me. I just love creating them and I enjoy the whole process from beginning to end. I always say “the best thing about finishing a Mandala is getting to start a new one!”
Colorful Vibes Mandalas are fun and vibrant, and quite mesmerizing to look at. They cultivate feelings of joy, inner peace, and well-being, creating a happy space where ever they are displayed.
